webinar:
Managing Teacher Burnout and Compassion Fatigue
How can we support high-needs students while managing our own wellbeing? What do we do to ensure that all students have access to music education, but without compromising our own physical and mental health? What do we do to prevent burnout when “self-care” isn’t enough? In this webinar, a panel of teachers working in adaptive music education discuss the realities of burnout and compassion fatigue.
